Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you play a key role to partner with the Commercial and Operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences while gaining valuable insights through the use of data and technology for continuous improvement and change.
Responsibilities
- Processing Orders: Handle customer orders including any revisions, returns and exchanges, and coordinate with Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer questions about products, services, billing and payment including issuance of debit and credit notes
- Customer Relationships: Maintain positive interactions, build rapport, and foster customer loyalty
- Process Improvement: Analyse feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance service quality
- Reporting: Compile and present reports on key customer service performance metrics
- Schedule and Work Allocation: Managing work schedules and delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow

- Time management: Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Able to identify problems, analyse root causes, evaluate options, and implement effective course of action
- Computer Proficiency: Possess computer skills for managing customer records, processing transactions, and using communication tools

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree qualification
- Proficient in ERP system
- Relevant knowledge and experience in meat processing operations will be advantageous
