We are working with a JapaneseMedical Devices MNC with a strong vision to provide high quality standards and innovations. They have a staff strength of over 20,000 employees in APAC and are well known for multiple product portfolios ranging from capital equipment to consumables. Due to exciting expansion plans, the Operations team is bringing in new headcount for their Customer Service team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will play an important role in managing inventory level and the day-to-day order fulfilment process. You will review and receive order accuracy from customers, check stock allocations & issue PO, and coordinate delivery dates and shipping documents between customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders. Youll also work in a team of 5, including 2 other colleagues to take care of different countries within the APAC region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum 2 years of hands-on Order Fulfilment and Logistics experiences, ideally within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industries. You will need to be a good team player who is proactive and meticulous, and can work well in a process-driven environment. Having experience with SAP will be an added advantage.
Due to nature of the role, you will be required to work from office from Monday to Friday (office hours).
