Job Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time clinical support and training to clinicians, nurses, and distributor teams during procedures, both on-site and remotely.
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product training to drive adoption and proper device usage.
- Support clinical studies and data collection, liaising with hospitals and Key Opinion Leaders on protocols and feedback.
- Serve as a link between users and internal teams to report product performance, user experience, and improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of case support, training, and clinical activities in line with company requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical support in interventional cardiology, radiology, vascular surgery, or cath lab or 1 year in medical device case support/clinical research.
- Knowledge of coronary or peripheral devices (e.g., IVL, atherectomy, PTA/PTCA, imaging catheters).
- Strong technical skills in device setup, catheter preparation, and imaging workflows.
