Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Wiselink in Singapore. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support and managing customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the processing of customer quotations and orders, and provide daily customer support.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics with customers, freight forwarders, and relevant service providers.
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with customs and customer requirements.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain close communication with customers and suppliers to manage and adjust shipment schedules.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing customer quotations.
  • Engage with customers to finalize and close sales

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Good written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Able to converse with customers in mandarin
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
