Customer Service Representative in Eaton's

What You'll Do
Acting as a link between the company's HAC business and the customer, handling all matters for the customer from order to delivery
- Create and maintain SAP part numbers to ensure accurate and up-to-date system data.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Establish and execute the order entry process for HAC business, including:
- Submit EUD documentation to the compliance to meet regulatory requirements
- Issue IC orders to plants and monitor progress
- Provide Order Acknowledgement/Order Confirmation to customers promptly
- Coordinate with plant planners on ETO related requirements
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery arrangements to ensure on-time shipment
- Handle RMA processes in collaboration with plants
- Develop and manage material planning based on order demand and inventory levels to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Continuously improve order processing and customer service workflows for greater efficiency.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
5 years and above experience in order management and customer service
Skills
SAP,MS office
Strong communication skills, process management and problem solving
