Incumbent reports to the Customer Service Manager in client Sales office and is responsible for assisting the department's needs and customers follow-up, preparation of documents and coordinating shipments and insurance declaration of outgoing products to customers. Customer Service Representative's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Process export/import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits).
- Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment.
- Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or a related discipline or GCE A or O level certificate
- Experience in export documentation and shipping procedures in Asia Pacific region and order administration are essential
- Minimum 5 years in export or logistics operations
- Proficiency in SAP is an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills for shipment and customer service issues.
