Customer Service Representative
Location: Jurong Island (Company transport provided near Jurong East MRT)
Work hours : 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon to Fri)
Salary range : $3200 - $3800+ AWS + VB + 15 Days AL
Responsibilities:
- Incumbent reports to the Customer Service Manager in our Sales office
- Assist department's needs and customers follow-up, preparation of documents and coordinating shipments and insurance declaration of outgoing products
- Process export / import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits).
- Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment.
- Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or a related discipline
- Experience in export documentation and shipping procedures in Asia Pacific region and order administration are essential
- Minimum 5 years in export or logistics operations and proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
Must familiar with all 5 Areas: GSAP, Import & export documentation, Letter of Credit & bank negotiation, Warehouse and Carrier booking
