CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Job Description

• Accurately take and process customer orders via phone, email, or messaging.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide dedicated account servicing and support for regular customers.
• Update product pricing and stock allocations using our ERP system.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Meticulous and organized individual with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential due to the nature of our product (pork) and customer base.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage.
• 44 hour week
• Able to work on Saturdays (& Public Holidays if necessary)
