Customer Service Officer
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Area Manager, the incumbent will perform counter sales and services.
However, we also recognize that each individual has a unique blend of skills. Whether your strength is in customer service or operations, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- You will perform counter sales and services of the Company's products and handle cash.
- You will attend to customers queries and provide hassle free service and a pleasant experience for customers.
- You will provide services such as SPA KYC, deposit and withdrawal, and conduct reconciliation of end-of-day summary report against physical cash.
- You will assist on all administrative work related to counter duty and the premise.
Who You Are
- You will need at least GCE O / N level.
- You will need at least 1-2 years experience in cashiering work in the service industry.
- You should have strong customer service mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills
- You should have basic computer knowledge and skills.
- You should be willing to work on shifts and on weekends/public holidays.
