• Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm, Alternate Sat half day
• Location: Boon Lay
• Salary: up to $3.5k + VB

Role Description:

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:

• Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
• Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
