Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Customer coordinator (receives and coordinates orders, requests or complaints from all customers).
• Ensure that DO is pass to the logistics or transport team.
• Order processing in GeO system.
• Order confirmation or acknowledgment.
• Issuance of manufacturing order for blending.
• Any ad-hoc as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least O Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Positive Attitude
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
