Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Work Orders
• To coordinate with operations for shipment
• Monitor import/export shipping matters
• Monitor vessels ETA
• Communicate with customers

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Basic Computer skills, good typing speed
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
