We are looking for a dedicated Officer - Customer Service to be part of the Mercedes-Benz customer service team. You will be taking on the boutique sales portfolio. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the boutique.
- Provide product information and support boutique sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
- Maintain showroom presentation and support daily operations.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service or retail experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Working Hours: 830am to 6pm
