Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers to understand and address their needs in the aesthetic services context
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about treatments and services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and client follow-up
- Demonstrate responsibility by managing customer interactions efficiently and resolving issues promptly
- Apply knowledge from at least 2 years of relevant industry experience to support client care and service quality
