Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Goods Receiving related.
  • Customer PO Acknowledgement.
  • Process Billable TW Requests.
  • Process STND/DEPOT Purchase Orders (BTB & SS Replenishment).
  • Process Quotation.
  • Process Customer Purchase Orders.
  • Process Customer Consignment Program.
  • Sub-inventory Transfer - for Cust CON usage only.
  • Perform Deliveries/Shipment Arrangement.

Requirements:

1. Possesses at least a O'level/SPM/Certificate in any field.

2. Ability to liaise with English & Chinese speaking clients is essential.

3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

5. Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

6. Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment
