Job Description

Job Descriptions:

- Provide face-to-face and/or virtual counselling to members of public (MoP) on specified addictions

- Understand the emotional, social, psychological and other aspects of the MOPs situation and circumstances

- Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all related matters are followed up and resolved.

- Enter details of all the interactions accurately in the designated interaction management system.

- Maintain good soft skills throughout their interactions with Ptcp or MoP

- Follow up on cases that have been forwarded to POCs/external stakeholders and ensure that resolution is being provided to MoP

- Fully comply with SOP on the role without defaults as stipulated in the client's requirements.

Job Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and/or other local languages - Mandarin / Malay / Tamil / Dialects

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to handle difficult interactions in a professional manner

- Firm yet empathetic individuals who have a passion for the reformation of addicts or those affected by the addictions

-Preferably have face-to-face counselling / coaching / mentoring experience
