Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or walk-in in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information on company products, services, and processes
Process customer orders, requests, and documentation in the system
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Follow up with customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and service updates
Resolve customer issues or complaints and escalate when necessary
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Prepare reports and perform general administrative support as required
