Customer Service Officer @ West Coast / Hougang (UP $2,600 / 5 Days / Meal Allowance)

Salary: $2,600 Basic
$125 Monthly Meal Allowance

Working Hours

West Coast

• 5 days work week (44 hours/week)
• Rotating shifts (including weekends & PH)Shift A: 7:00am - 4:30pmShift B: 1:00pm - 10:30pmShift C: 10:00pm - 7:30am

Hougang

• 5 days work week
• Monday to Saturday (Off Sunday & PH)
• 8:45am - 6:30pm

Job Scope (Same for Both Locations)

• Work closely with Residence Manager to deliver professional guest service
• Handle guest enquiries, requests & complaints promptly and tactfully
• Answer all telephone calls within three rings
• Perform cashiering duties according to SOP
• Maintain positive guest relations and provide warm hospitality
• Take ownership of guest issues and ensure proper resolution
• Prepare glitch reports & follow up on service recovery
• Ensure compliance with security, emergency & fire safety procedures
• Promote and manage Safe Deposit Box (El-Safe) usage
• Provide accurate information on residence facilities & services
• Maintain good teamwork and professional communication
• Uphold grooming standards & neat work environment
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
