Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person to provide accurate information and support
- Manage appointment bookings, including scheduling, sending reminder calls, and SMS notifications to ensure client attendance
- Operate front desk functions such as client registration, accurate data entry, and maintaining up-to-date records
- Perform cashiering tasks including processing payments and handling transactions efficiently
- Conduct stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records
- Promote company services and products to clients to support business growth
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and product displays to create a welcoming environment
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Diploma with relevant experience in customer service or a similar role
- Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Availability to work weekends and retail hours to meet operational needs
