Role Overview
As a CustomerService Officer, you will support the daily operations of the Bowling Centre,ensuring a smooth customer experience for members, guests, and corporateclients. This role combines front-line service, cashier duties, and operationalcoordination.
KeyResponsibilities
1. CustomerService & Operations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure facilities within the Bowling Centre are well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and the public
- Attend to enquiries, bookings, and general assistance requests
2.Cashiering & Transactions
- Operate the cashier counter and handle daily transactions
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payments
3. BowlingActivities & Records
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations during leagues and competitions
- Update and maintain bowlers records, including handicaps, league standings, and competition results
4. EventCoordination & Administration
- Manage bookings, coordination, and billing for corporate events
- Prepare and submit monthly reports related to events and operations
5. Inventory& Support
- Assist Supervisor in monitoring and maintaining stock levels (equipment, stationery, etc.)
- Ensure sufficient supplies are available for daily operations
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
- Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays
AdditionalInformation
- 5-day work week (Monday to Sunday, rostered)
- Rotating shifts: 9:00am - 6:15pm /10:45am - 8:00pm /1:45pm - 11:00pm /4:00pm - 1:15am
- Transport: Shuttle bus from Tanah Merah MRT / Cab provided for late shift (ending 1:15am)
- Allowances: Monthly laundry allowance /Shift allowance (where applicable)
