Customer Service Officer (Aesthetics Clinic)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver good customer service through professional and timely response to enquiries via phone calls, emails, social media etc
- Assist callers with matters e.g. appointment scheduling and general enquiries and provide assistance whenever needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved promptly
- Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, including reception & registration, process flow, record keeping, answering phone calls and others
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Clinic housekeeping
- Establishing good rapport with patients and corporate clients and following up on their requirements Maintenance of service and professional standards.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by the superior.
Requirements
- A minimum of at least a GCE N Levels
- Preferably 1 year of relevant healthcare or clinic working experience Portray good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented Passionate for customer service
- Willing to work on a 5.5-day work week
