. Manage customer's enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
. Simultaneously handle multiple chats
. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
. Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
. Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
