Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in the SEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers while assisting with inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the SEA region
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-10 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong communication skills in English and a local SEA language
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
