Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers, forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment readiness, delivery schedules, and smooth inbound/outbound operations.
• Handle customer enquiries on stock availability and shipment status while maintaining effective communication between customers and warehouse personnel.
• Prepare and process delivery documentation, billing summaries, and monthly KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze operational data, support inventory stock takes, resolve logistics issues, and assist the Warehouse Manager with continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.
