Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Manager, based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage customer support processes, and enhance service quality. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, analyzing customer feedback, and delivering exceptional communication to maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and service data
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve service excellence
  • Proficiency with customer service tools and software is a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing or management role is highly preferred
