Salary: Basic up to $4,650 + AWS + VB

Hybrid working arrangement after probation

Responsibilities:

Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers
Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection

Requirements:

Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility
Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
Problem solving skills
Proficiency in Japanese comprehension (Business level) to liaise with Japanese speaking customers in Japan
Diploma or Degree holder preferred
Preferably with minimum 1-3 years of work experience
Experience of customer service or other admins will be advantage
