Job Description

Service Desk /Customer Service-IT

ONLY OPEN TO SINGAPOREANS!

Salary: Up to $3,000/month (commensurate with experience)

NEED TO WORK ROTATIONAL SHIFT

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-call resolution to users contacting the hotline, advising on issues.
  • Liaise with other support or product teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of all incidents.
  • Perform outbound calls to users who request callbacks.
  • Handle emails and chatbot responses as assigned.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling inquiries from the public, including managing high-stress situations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational qualification: O Level or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Work Details:

  • Location: Suntec
  • Working hours: 44 hours per week, 5.5 days.
  • Rotational shifts: multiple timing options available.
  • Public holiday allowance: $100 per scheduled PH worked.
