Customer Service Executive (Technical Support & Spare Parts Sales)

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly team member to join our spare parts and customer service team.
Job Scope
- Attend to walk-in customers and phone enquiries
- Handle indoor, warehouse, and online spare parts sales
- Provide basic technical advice for small home electrical appliances
- Assist in spare parts identification and order processing
- Support warehouse coordination, recieving and stock handling
- General administrative and customer service duties
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge of small home electrical appliances preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to communicate with customers confidently and politely
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an air-conditioned warehouse environment
- Senior retirees are welcome to apply
Working Location
- Tai Seng area
- Less than 8 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT Station
