Job Description

  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service to parents, guardians, and school officials to support smooth transportation operations
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of transportation operations and services to accurately address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Prepare and present regular reports analyzing customer service performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Respond clearly and accurately to inquiries regarding bus routes, schedules, and related transportation information
  • Collaborate with operations and school officials to coordinate timely and safe student transportation, ensuring adherence to schedules
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support service quality and accountability
  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize route planning and scheduling for efficiency and reliability
  • Assist in following up on Accounts Receivables to support financial processes
  • Adapt to additional assignments from management to support evolving business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within the transportation industry or school environment (local or international schools)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to prepare reports and manage communications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload
  • Ability to commute between school and office locations during working hours as required
  • Flexibility to report to work at 0630hrs or 0700hrs depending on school allocation
  • Collaborative team player mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams
