- Deliver responsive and professional customer service to parents, guardians, and school officials to support smooth transportation operations
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of transportation operations and services to accurately address customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare and present regular reports analyzing customer service performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Respond clearly and accurately to inquiries regarding bus routes, schedules, and related transportation information
- Collaborate with operations and school officials to coordinate timely and safe student transportation, ensuring adherence to schedules
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support service quality and accountability
- Work closely with the operations team to optimize route planning and scheduling for efficiency and reliability
- Assist in following up on Accounts Receivables to support financial processes
- Adapt to additional assignments from management to support evolving business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within the transportation industry or school environment (local or international schools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to prepare reports and manage communications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload
- Ability to commute between school and office locations during working hours as required
- Flexibility to report to work at 0630hrs or 0700hrs depending on school allocation
- Collaborative team player mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams
