Customer Service Executive

. Ensure efficient and smooth Handling of airfreight / Ocean Shipments .

. Ensure fast clearance from terminal working closely with Clearance Vendor.

. Ensure accurate and correct permits/ subcerts are declared for all shipment.

. Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.

. Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

. Update shipments arrival and timely delivery/POD arrangement.

. Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.

. Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

. Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.

. Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors performance .

. Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.

. Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

. Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
