Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
Preparation of Export/Import shipping documentations.
Provides customer service and maintain good relationship with customers.
Identifying customer needs & handling customer enquiries & requests.
Provide excellent and timely internal or external customer service related to shipment status/coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O / A level or Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Operations & Transport Management
- With experience in Customer Services or Operational background will be advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Shipping or Logistics industry, preferably in Export & Import operations
- A strong team player with good MS office skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Pleasant personality, good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advantages for those who possess knowledge in USA trade lane.
- Preferably those who can commence work either IMMEDIATELY or within short notice!
