Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Central Region

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: SGD 2,800 - SGD 3,200 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Handle customer concerns, resolve issues effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback on social media and other online platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and communication.
  • Support sales-related customer service functions where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualification in any field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service, preferably in sales-related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customers professionally and communicate effectively across different levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.
