Job Description

Job Scope

  • Maintain efficient operations at the control centre, upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily tasks to ensure a seamless control centre operation.
  • Collaborate with team members to evaluate lapse, rectify, and recommend changes.
  • Efficiently manage and control inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Responsibly handle customer inquiries from multiple communication platforms.
  • Drive an exceptional customer service experience, offering product knowledge and assistance throughout the customers journey.
  • Update CS log and ensure accuracy.
  • Review data and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Assist in daily route planning activities.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Requirements

  • Work hours are Tuesday to Friday 1400hrs to 2200hrs, Monday and Saturday 1300hrs to 2200hrs.
  • Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Finance and above.
  • Mininum 2 years working experience in transport distribution or first/last mile delivery operations.
  • Good PC skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in CRM
  • Familiar with Singapore traffic rules and regulations
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics
  • Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
