The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing post-sales support with focus on tender preparation and submission. He/She is also expected to execute inventory management plans that will enable the company to meet sales and service objectives.
Handle end-to-end preparation, compilation and submission of tender documents via respective platforms before deadlines
Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, operations, sales, technical and finance) to resolve customer and supplier issues promptly
Analyze historical sales trends, plan inventory purchases and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
Coordinate shipment pre-alerts, inbound goods inspection and handle any shipment related issues
Procure new items by working closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, source, negotiate, validate, setup, purchase and follow through till final goods receipt
Ensure proper record-keeping in conformance to GDPMDS
Act as backup for other team members, as and when required

Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Analytical, systematic and meticulous
Possess good initiative, with desire for continuous learning
Qualifications Required
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Competent in Microsoft Office (especially MS-Excel) applications
Previous work experience in using SAP B1 will be advantageous
