. Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight shipments.

. Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.

. Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.

. Update shipments departure timely to customers.

. Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.

. Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.

. Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors performance .

. Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.

. Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.

. Any other official duties assign by Senior management.

. Training will be provided.
