Job Summary
Join Swish Swimming as a Customer Service Executive to support clients through their swim school journey by managing communications and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and clearly to client calls, emails, and messages to provide accurate information and support their swimming experience
- Manage scheduling tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software to maintain organized class bookings
- Build positive client relationships through friendly, professional communication in person, on the phone, and online
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of client inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant systems to support service continuity
- Adapt quickly to new tools and processes by actively seeking learning opportunities and applying new skills
- Support team efforts by collaborating and contributing to a positive, productive work environment
Required competencies and certifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or roles involving direct customer interaction
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to ensure safety within the school environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Experience or willingness to learn scheduling software for managing appointments and classes
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple communication channels and tasks simultaneously

Schedule
- 4 days a week: Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Monday & Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
