We seek a motivated and people-oriented person to join our team. This role will involve generating and converting enquiries and placing workers in Singapore. The primary responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, workers, and overseas agents.
- Managing the end-to-end placement process for MDWs and foreign workers.
- Advising clients on regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines.
- Preparing and processing applications using MOM systems.
- Meeting sales targets through client acquisition and service excellence.
- Handling client queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Due to dealing with agents and workers from the Philippines, proficiency in Tagalog is preferred.
