Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for guests and candidates, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Event Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of agency events, seminars, and recruitment drives.
Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meeting room bookings, and maintain essential records.
Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with clarity and poise.
Project Assistance: Support the team in ad-hoc projects, including social media content coordination for event highlights.
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital communication tools such as canva, trello, capcut.
Availability: Able to commit to 2-3 days per week, mostly during weekdays working hours 10am to 5pm. Only need to work on weekends or after office hours when there is event going on.
