- Work Location: Keppel Road
- Working Hours: 7am-4pm (Mon-Fri), 7am-11am (Alternate Saturdays)
- Days Off: 6 days off per month
- Basic Salary: $2600-$3000
Job Summary
You will coordinate customer service activities by processing orders accurately, consulting with customers to address their needs, managing customer feedback effectively, and maintaining organized documentation to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate service solutions
- Handle customer feedback by documenting issues and coordinating resolutions to improve service quality
- Communicate clearly with the sales team to obtain up-to-date customer and product information
- Arrange product replacements promptly and confirm pricing details to maintain transparency and trust
- Maintain organized filing of customer and service documents to support efficient record-keeping
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Customer service experience needed to handle customer interactions confidently
- Experience in the food industry is a plus to better understand product specifics and customer expectations
