- Provide customer service support through phone and email communication.
- Prepare shipping and import/export documentation in line with SOPs, and issue invoices upon shipment closure.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Meet established KPIs for all inbound and outbound activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors on warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, verify stock levels, and report discrepancies.
- Carry out general housekeeping tasks to uphold workplace standards.
- Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
