Job Summary
To ensure smooth fulfillment of Sales & Services operations by managing project documentation, coordinating schedules, handling customer interactions, and supporting internal teams with prompt and accurate service.
Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, schedule tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, follow up on progress, arrange payment collection, and oversee handover processes to ensure timely project completion
- Issue warranties, archive documents, and tally commissions accurately to support sales and service operations
- Resolve After-Sales customer complaints by addressing issues promptly and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Attend to walk-in showroom customers by providing helpful information and assistance to enhance their experience
- Ensure Salesperson, Site Supports, and Project Manager adhere to all document SOPs to maintain operational consistency and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- GCE N Level and above (preferred, not mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and administration roles to support effective task execution
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and demonstrate strong initiative in daily tasks
- High organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and plan daily workload efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly with customers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and task completion
- Self-discipline in managing time and completing tasks on schedule

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Saturday: 8.00am to 5.00pm (once per month)
