Shipping Executive

Job Description:

• Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin) for import/export compliance.
• Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and internal departments for timely shipment bookings and deliveries.
• Input tracking data, inventory movements, and order information into ERP systems like SAP.
• Handle client inquiries regarding shipment status and provide customer service.
• Assist in packing, sorting, and verifying inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in related field.
• Engineering background is a plus.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic English written and spoken.
