This is a frontline commercial and brand ambassador.
You will take full ownership of the parent journey, from first enquiry to enrolment and beyond. You will play a critical role in driving centre performance by delivering exceptional customer experience while achieving visit and enrolment targets, all while enjoying a competitive commission structure that recognise and reward your impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
Proactively engage inbound and outbound leads (calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries)
Build strong rapport with parents and understand their needs
Confidently present the school's value proposition, curriculum, and programmes
Drive conversion of leads into centre visits and enrolments
2. Centre Tours & Sales Closure
Conduct professional and engaging centre tours for prospective parents
Clearly communicate curriculum, teaching approach, and child outcomes
Handle objections with confidence and empathy
Take full ownership of closing enrolments, including follow-ups and securing commitment
3. Customer Experience Excellence
Deliver a premium, personalised experience for every parent interaction
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups before and after visits
Build long-term relationships with parents to support retention and referrals
Act as the primary point of contact for parents throughout their journey
4. Brand Representation
Represent the centre and brand with professionalism, confidence, and warmth
Maintain high standards in communication, grooming, and presentation
Ensure consistency in messaging and service delivery aligned with brand values
5. Performance & Targets
Achieve and exceed individual targets for:
Lead-to-visit conversion
Visit show-up rates
Enrolments
Maintain accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes
Continuously improve conversion performance through feedback and learning
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Confident presenter with the ability to influence and close
Customer‑centric, trust‑building, and sales‑driven
Professional, well‑groomed, and articulate
Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple leads
Requirements
Minimum diploma holder with at least 3 years relevant experience
Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the Early Childhood Industry
Proficiency in both English and Chinese to support parent interactions.
Comfortable in a target‑driven environment
Willing to work weekends as required (to support parent visits)
Training will be provided on curriculum and product knowledge
Work Locations & Mobility
This role will be primarily based at one assigned centre with regular travel to support nearby centres (approximately 1 day a week).
Travel between centres will be required as part of the role.
