Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social MediaExecutive to support brand growth, lead generation, and digital presence. Theideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies,managing social media platforms, and producing engaging content aligned withthe company's branding and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Plan and execute a structured content calendar
- Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online community presence
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content strategies
2. Content Development
- Create high-quality visual and written content including posts, short-form videos, and marketing materials
- Develop compelling captions, messaging, and storytelling aligned with brand identity
- Coordinate project documentation (e.g., site progress, completed works, behind-the-scenes content)
3. Digital Marketing & CampaignExecution
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives including keyword optimisation and website content updates
4. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute outbound marketing efforts including cold email campaigns and prospect outreach
- Maintain and update lead databases/CRM systems
- Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates
5. Website Management
- Update and maintain website content (portfolio, project showcases, blogs)
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms
- Work with internal or external developers where required (e.g., WordPress updates)
6. Marketing Collateral & Support
- Develop marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, brochures, and portfolios
- Support exhibition, event, and project-based marketing initiatives
- Ensure all collateral aligns with corporate branding standards
7. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, project management) to gather content and align marketing efforts
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure timely execution of campaigns
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track key metrics including engagement, reach, lead generation, and campaign ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and ad management platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and website management (WordPress preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
