Manage and resolve feedback, complaints, and disputes related to construction activities in a timely and professional manner.
Plan, coordinate, and implement public relations initiatives, including the preparation and distribution of circulars, notices, and official correspondence to the public, residents, and tenants.
Attend and participate in dialogue sessions with Clients, Residents Committees, Town Councils, and other relevant stakeholders as directed.
Provide administrative and logistical support for Construction Working Committee meetings and other project-related meetings when required.
Conduct regular site visits to residents and tenants affected by construction works to gather feedback and keep them informed of work schedules, changes, and potential impacts.
Work closely with contractors and project teams to proactively mitigate issues and complaints arising from construction activities.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with residents, tenants, and key stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and accurately record minutes related to assigned projects.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all public relations cases, correspondence, and communication materials.
Requirements:
Diploma in any related fields.
Minimum 2 years of customer relations experience in Construction Industry
Good communication skill
