Job Description

Supervise day-to-day operations on construction sites
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Order and manage construction materials and equipment
Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and documentation
Resolve on-site issues and report project status to management
Ensure work is completed according to company standards and client requirements
