Location: iMall (Marine Parade / East)
We're looking for a friendly and organised Customer Engagement Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting daily centre operations in a learning environment.
Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and messages
Support student arrival, waiting and dismissal
Assist with enrolment coordination and basic administrative tasks
Support teachers with day-to-day centre operations
Friendly, confident and professional communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
Comfortable interacting with parents and young children
Able to commit to working on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three weekdays
Weekday hours: 12pm-9pm
Weekend hours: 9am-6pm
Prior customer service or front desk experience is an advantage
Willing to provide front desk support at other branches when operational needs require
