Role Description
1. Programme Portfolio Management
• Oversee the overall performance of enrichment programmes across all centres and subject
areas
• Monitor key metrics such as enrolment, class utilisation, retention, and programme
profitability
• Identify underperforming programmes and implement improvement plans
• Optimise class structures, scheduling, and programme mix to maximise utilisation and
outcomes
2. Business Growth & Enrolment Strategy
• Develop and execute strategies to drive student enrolment and revenue growth
• Analyse centre-level performance and recommend targeted growth initiatives
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and outreach efforts
• Support centres in improving conversion rates, class fill rates, and retention
3. Programme Development & Innovation
• Identify market trends and opportunities for new enrichment programmes
• Lead the development and pilot of new courses in collaboration with subject specialists
• Evaluate programme viability and scalability before full rollout
• Continuously enhance existing programmes to remain competitive and relevant
4. Programme Quality & Standards
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality programmes across all centres
• Work with trainers and subject specialists to strengthen curriculum and teaching standards
• Support teacher development initiatives, including training and capability building
• Monitor feedback from parents, students, and centres to drive continuous improvement
5. Cross-Centre Implementation & Operations
• Lead the rollout of programmes, initiatives, and policies across centres
• Ensure alignment between programme design and centre operations
• Work closely with centre managers to ensure smooth execution of programmes and
activities
• Coordinate major programme-related activities such as performances, assessments, and
events
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track and analyse key business and programme metrics
• Prepare regular reports and insights for management review
• Use data to inform decision-making on programme improvements and growth strategies.
7. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, marketing, HR, and finance
• Act as the key liaison between programme teams, centres, and management
Experience & Skills
• Degree in Business, Education, Arts Management, or a related field
• Experience in enrichment, education, programme management, or business operations is
highly preferred
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute programmes and
events effectively
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive programme improvements
• Strong capability in programme development and quality assurance, with a focus on
maintaining high standards of delivery
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet timelines and
deliver high-quality outcomes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable
strategies
• Competent in financial planning, budgeting, and cost management for programme
operations
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
teachers, centre managers, and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in a wide range of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and
Word
