Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a Contact Center environment.
1-3 years in Life Insurance and/or Annuity experience.
Ability to work cross-borders with various cultures.
Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential.
Demonstrates excellent customer service orientation and problem solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
