Crypto Card Services Business Development (BD)
We are a fast-growing global cryptocurrency exchange expanding into crypto card and payment solutions. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our card business through partnerships, collaborations, and new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with card issuers, payment processors, banks, and fintech companies.
- Develop and expand business opportunities for crypto card products in existing and new markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, legal, operations) to launch and scale card services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including potential corporate clients, merchants, and strategic partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Support go-to-market campaigns, ensuring adoption and user growth for crypto card services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within card services, payments, fintech, or crypto.
- Strong network and proven track record of working with issuers, processors, or payment institutions.
- Deep understanding of card products, payment rails, and compliance requirements (AML/KYC, card network rules, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.
